Inspired by my friend Beth (http://seekingsix.blogspot.com/), I tried learning a new skill today: making infographics! Like her, I used Piktochart, and it was pretty user-friendly. Nothing is more exciting than learning something new, and nothing makes me focus like trying to finish it before the baby wakes up from her nap. For my first go, I tried making one from scratch on a new senate bill here in Washington. Check it out! Happy Sunday, slicers!
This is pretty cool! Good for you!! I love to learn new things and put myself in my students' shoes as a learner. I think it makes us better teachers (and thanks for inspiring my next post :).
ReplyDeleteI like how you used the clouds and the colors! Way to make legislation interesting!
ReplyDeleteThat looks really good. It's amazing how much more quickly I can understand when an image is used. (And some pretty colors.) :) I'm going to try this.
ReplyDeleteHow fun to turn potentially dry information into an infographic. What's up your sleeve next?
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty nifty info chart indeed. Nicely done!
ReplyDeleteSo.... I had Monday off, which is why I thought it was Sunday when I wrote this post. Can I blame this on daylight savings?
